By enabling "raw" mode, `babi` will receive ^S / ^Q / ^Z / ^\. As such we

Switch tests to use ^R instead of ^J
For some reason ^J is being treated the same as the enter key. I'm not sure
how nano knows the difference (?) -- will have to investigate further!
